Welcome to TakingLiberties.ca. This is my first post on a blog which I hope will be useful to readers who want to know what their government is up to, without sifting through volumes of proposed bills, regulations, and by-laws.
My posts will focus on the bills that impact your freedom as opposed to, say, parliamentary bills to officially recognize the elephant as Canada’s national favorite animal (and yes, I did just use an Americanized form of “favourite”–it makes spell checking much faster).
